- Provide clear photos, videos, and a full explanation of the issue.
- Await confirmation and return authorization from our technical department.
- Return the item (if required) for inspection before approval.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

- Delivery, transport, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
