  • The item arrives with confirmed transport damage.
  • A verified internal mechanical fault is identified prior to installation.
  • The product delivered does not match the agreed specification.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that have been installed, started, or used.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or mechanical handling errors.
  • Buyer selecting the wrong engine, gearbox, or specification.
  • Changes of mind after dispatch or delivery.
  • Units altered, dismantled, or tampered with after receipt.
  • Claims made after the 48-hour reporting period.
  • Special-order or imported units unless proven faulty on arrival.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must:

  1. Contact our support team with order details.
  2. Provide clear photos, videos, and a full explanation of the issue.
  3. Await confirmation and return authorization from our technical department.
  4. Return the item (if required) for inspection before approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


5. Inspection & Verification

All returned products will undergo a technical inspection to confirm:

  • The condition of the engine or gearbox
  • Whether installation or tampering occurred
  • Validity of the reported fault
  • Compliance with return conditions

Refund approval is only granted after successful verification.


6. Refund Approval & Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banking institutions.
  • Delivery, transport, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

7. Replacements

Where available, customers may be offered a replacement unit instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability and inspection results.
